Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. This is a hybrid position based in Denver, CO; Los Angeles or San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; or Boston, MA.
This position is responsible for assisting with the management of a portfolio of distressed and stressed in order to minimize losses to the Bank. The primary focus of this position is to maximize recoveries and minimize losses of our stressed and distressed loan and equity positions through restructuring efforts to bridge to an exit or turnaround. Exposures can be bi-lateral, participation in syndicated facilities or agent led transactions.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Asset Management - Analyzes portfolio financials of stressed and distressed to create models to structure workout strategies for the Borrowers. Prepares and processes portfolio reviews, credit action applications and upgrade/downgrade memos.
