Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.
The Head of Trade Finance leads the bank’s global trade finance business and strategy, positioning First Citizens as a market leader in trade finance solutions. This role is responsible for the end-to-end trade finance business across all First Citizens clientele, including sales strategy, revenue growth, product strategy and delivery, risk management and controls, team leadership, and close partnership with banking and credit teams.
The role sits within the Global Banking & Markets Solutions organization and requires a business leader who can run a P&L, build and develop a high-performing specialist team, shape strategy, and engage with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
