Overview
This is a hybrid role
, with the expectation that work time will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.
We are looking for candidates who live within a commutable drivable distance to our offices in Charlotte, SC, Danville, VA, Phoenix, AZ and Raleigh, NC.
The Senior Operations Specialist is responsible for post close loan administration of large syndicated cashflow participation deals, delivering multifaceted support services for our business partners.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Loan servicing knowledge
- Contact person responsible for all ongoing daily activity and reconciliation issues associated with assigned portfolio of approximately 60-80 deals
- Monitor customer borrowings, payments, and rate setting activities
- Contact agents regarding maturing loans for renewal or repayment
- Process loans, deposits, commitment, and Letter of Credit facilities for cashflow deals
