Overview
This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): North Carolina, Arinzon, Texas and Florida
Software Engineer Consultant - Hogan
Position would report into the Information Technology Merger and Acquisition team responsible for customer and account conversions into bank systems and processes. This position is responsible for all phases of system conversion projects, from requirements definition to execution. Leads technical efforts in the development, implementation, and maintenance of complex programs. Develops test plans, software, and procedures that improve processing capabilities.
Serves as a technical expert and may provide a leadership role for less experienced associates in the work group.

Responsibilities:
- System Enhancement – Leads effort to analyze data files and formats to determine conversion approach. Utilizes specifications to construct programs and reports. Unit tests programs to ensure output meets the specifications.
