Lead Software Engineer - Appian
This position is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise-scale Appian applications. The role serves as the technical lead for delivery teams, providing hands-on development while establishing technical standards, ensuring solution quality, and mentoring development teams.
The individual is expected to lead complex implementations across the full software development lifecycle while partnering with business, architecture, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
