Overview
At First Citizens Bank, we're seeking a strategic and execution-focused
Manager, Zafin Platform to lead the delivery, governance, and ongoing optimization of the Zafin platform supporting deposit products across the General Bank, including Consumer, Business, and Commercial Banking.
This role serves as a critical bridge between business strategy and technology execution, partnering closely with Deposit Pricing, Product, Treasury, Technology, and Risk teams to enable pricing agility, promotional offerings, and relationship-based pricing strategies.
The successful candidate will oversee platform strategy, system enhancements, release management, governance, and a specialized team responsible for delivering scalable and controlled pricing solutions that support growth, profitability, and customer value.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Duties & Responsibilities: Business Strategy - Contributes to the development of the system strategy through partnership with business unit leaders, IT, and other key stakeholders. Executes strategy and ensures alignment both inside and outside of their specific business unit through personal leadership efforts.
