Overview
This position leads a team of associates who facilitate technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives through enterprise data management. Directs initiatives that improve enterprise data quality, governance, reporting, and analytics. Provides expert guidance and leadership to associate team, management, and lines of business. Oversees all Enterprise Data Warehouse activities, including the creation and maintenance of related documentation.
Implements strategies and process improvements that achieve data management goals in alignment with wider organizational objectives.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Duties & Responsibilities: Data Enhancement - Leads projects and process improvements that enhance the quality, management, and storage of enterprise data. Manages a team of associates who facilitate initiatives and data management. Directs activities that improve profiling, exception reporting, data analysis, and issue resolution as well as general fixes for the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Delegates work tasks and makes adjustments as needed to ensure the appropriate data governance.
