What you'll do:
What you'll do:
Operate metal fabrication equipment (shears, brakes, rollers, and cutting machines) to produce roofing components according to specifications.
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and measurements to ensure accuracy in production.
Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards.
Maintain and troubleshoot fabrication machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing metal sheets and related materials.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Operate Warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials in warehouse and yard
Work outdoors with exposure to all weather conditions
Verify order contents and maintain documentation
Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory
Preserve safe and clean work environment which includes cleaning and painting
Shift and Schedule
Full-Time Position
Monday–Friday.
Start time 7am until work is done, around 5pm
Flexibility in schedule to accommodate OT and/or weekends based on business needs.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Strong interest in developing technical expertise within roofing products and systems.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support both internal teams and external customers.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to interpret basic technical documentation and product specifications
(preferred).
