Strategic Leadership

Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional sales leaders.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent across the division.
Revenue & Forecasting
Own divisional P&L targets and sales forecasting accuracy.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new revenue opportunities.
Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to drive consistent performance and pipeline health.
Customer & Partner Engagement
Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
Represent the company at major trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.

What you'll bring:
10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role.
Demonstrated success leading revenue growth, sales strategy, pipeline development, and team performance.
Experience managing regional, national, or enterprise sales teams.
Strong understanding of sales operations, forecasting, CRM systems, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that support business growth objectives.
Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing sales leaders and individual contributors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and executive relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategy.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with marketing, finance, operations, product, and executive leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, or multi-location business environment.
Prior experience managing large or complex sales organizations.
Demonstrated success selling to enterprise, strategic, or key accounts.
Familiarity with sales enablement, compensation planning, territory design, and revenue operations.
