As a Lead Associate, Learning & Talent Development, you'll serve as a strategic partner to sales leaders, helping shape the capabilities, programs, and learning strategies that enable our field sales teams to succeed.

This is not a traditional instructional design or facilitation role. You'll work directly with business leaders to understand evolving priorities, assess organizational needs, and determine when learning is the right solution to drive performance. From there, you'll lead the strategic design of learning initiatives, partner with instructional designers and facilitators to bring programs to life, and ensure every solution is aligned with business objectives, sales strategy, and organizational growth.
