Can perform preventive maintenance (PM) or operational verification procedure (OVP) on 75% of the device types in inventory. Can repair 75% of the device types in inventory unassisted.

Assists in developing and strengthening facility and vendor relationships. Meets all established key performance indicator (KPI) requirements. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Documents and maintains records of all work activities in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Can perform preventive maintenance (PM) or operational verification procedure (OVP) on 75% of the device types in inventory. Can repair 75% of the device types in inventory unassisted. Participates in continuing education. Participates in on-call schedule/rotation as directed. Routinely performs the corrective and preventive maintenance of devices and all related follow-up communications. Travels to other sites as directed/needed. Understands and complies with some regulatory requirements.
Understands and properly operates test equipment required for the repair and maintenance of devices in the HTM Program. May pull and terminate cabling including fiber optic cabling. Follows established corporate and local policies and procedures pertinent to the position held. Participates in and/or facilitates in-service education to device users. Coordinates the ordering of replacement parts and/or service on devices. Ensures replacement parts/services are delivered and ensures accuracy of invoicing.
