As the PHP/IOP Therapist, this individual will have oversight of all social work functions for acute patients. This would include Psychosocial Assessments, Treatment Plans, Active Treatment, and Discharge Planning. Ability to perform CPR and first aid. Ability to work rotating schedules. Ability to drive a vehicle if necessary. Must be able to speak, read and write.
