Responsibilities Located in Birmingham, Alabama Clinical Schools provides therapy and treatment to males ages 9 to 18. Our campus offers a relaxing setting for youth who are working through mental health disorders, behavioral issues, and sexually reactive behaviors. We provide 24-hour supervision, individualized care, and educational services with low student/teacher ratios, to ensure patients are receiving structured and holistic care.
Our campus features semi-private bedrooms, unit group rooms, dining facilities, and spacious grounds within a secure facility. Our treatment services range from intensive residential treatment to therapeutic foster care for males and females of all ages. Our RISE and Specialized Therapeutic Foster Care programs for boys are the only programs of their kind in the State of Alabama.

Qualifications Bachelors or Associates degree in psychology, social work, education, criminal justice, or other related mental health field preferred, but not required. Detailed and organized with strong documentation skills Able to safely monitor residents and perform physical management techniques and crisis intervention. Experience in a residential mental/behavioral health setting strongly preferred.
Must be 19 years or older, and have a successful drug screen and background check (includes criminal history, Child Abuse and Neglect Registry, and ABI/FBI fingerprint check).
