Responsibilities ***SIGN-ON BONUS $20,000** POSITION SUMMARY: Clinical Pharmacist is an integrated part of the multidisciplinary care team, serving as a resource for antimicrobial stewardship, medication safety, and optimized pharmaceutical dosing. Clinical Pharmacists assists with medication histories, monitors patient’s drug therapies and provide drug information. Clinical Pharmacist may respond to Codes (Code Blue/Sepsis/Stroke/ STEMI), including the preparation of needed medications.

Clinical Pharmacists fill orders for medications, monitor patient’s drug therapies and provide drug information. Clinical pharmacist supervises and directs supportive staff. In the absence of the Director of Pharmacy, a clinical pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the Director of Pharmacy Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Completion of a general 1-year pharmacy residency, specialty residency, and/or fellowship or at least 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience 2.
