Responsibilities Brasfield & Gorrie is looking for a Craft Workforce Development Trainer to deliver hands-on training and skill development across Northwest GA Power Generation project sites. This is a site-based role focused on directly instructing craft employees in the skills, certifications, and knowledge they need to perform their work safely and effectively. Responsibilities • Deliver hands-on and classroom training across trade disciplines, including safety, rigging, equipment operation, and craft certifications.
• Develop and update training content and curricula to reflect current project needs and trade standards. • Conduct new hire craft orientations and onboarding training at project sites. • Administer certification programs and skills assessments for craft employees. • Partner with superintendents and foremen to identify skill gaps and address them through targeted training. • Identify craft employees showing interest in advancement and connect them with additional development opportunities.
