Carpenter (Trade) Foreman

Responsibilities Brasfield & Gorrie is hiring an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead a crew on an active power plant construction project in Cartersville, GA. This is a leadership role for a skilled industrial carpenter ready to supervise crews, manage daily production, and help drive a major industrial build to completion.

About the Role As Carpenter Foreman, you'll supervise and coordinate a crew of construction carpenters, oversee daily work quality and safety compliance, and serve as the on-site point of accountability for carpentry operations on this industrial project.

Carpenter Foreman Job Responsibilities Supervise, coordinate, and schedule a crew of 3–15 construction carpenters daily Record personnel, production, and operational data on required forms/reports Provide hands-on assistance to crew using hand tools and equipment as needed Inspect work progress, equipment, and jobsite conditions to verify safety and confirm specifications are met Maintain strict compliance with jobsite safety protocols in a drug-free workplace Perform physical duties including long periods of stooping, bending, and

standing Frequently lift materials weighing up to 70 lbs (Note: this job description may not include all duties required of the role.)
