Overview
This is a full-time career opportunity that can be hybrid within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows:
- DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA.
- Provides advice and counsel on wide variety of complex legal matters involving the Fulton Financial Corporation.
The Senior Counsel will serve as a key legal advisor on public reporting, corporate securities, and governance matters, ensuring compliance with applicable securities laws and regulatory requirements. The role also supports a variety of corporate activities, including transactions, corporate structuring, and strategic initiatives across the organization.
