Overview
This is a full-time, onsite career opportunity that can be based out of various locations in DE, PA or NJ.
Under minimal supervision and acting on own initiative and direction, provides complex administrative support to one or more of the organization’s executives, requiring discretion, confidentiality, a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary, and a detailed knowledge of the organization’s operations, procedures and people. Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and events, prepare reports and presentations.
