Overview Job Title: Surgical Tech - $20,000 Sign on Bonus with a two year commitment. Department: Surgery-Hospital Reports to: Nurse Manager or RN Director Medical, Dental & Vision benefits paid by Employer! Compensation Range: Surgical Tech I: $29.83 - $49.95/hour (Step Scale 1 - 20) Surgical Tech II: $31.61 - $52.92/hour (Step Scale 1 - 20) Surgical Tech III: $32.56 - $54.52/hour (Step Scale 1 - 20) Schedule: flex 12 with call Definition of Position: Facilitates the operative or other invasive procedure by preparing and providing
the required sterile instruments, supplies and equipment. Maintains the sterile field and anticipates and responds to the needs of the surgical team. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Preoperative Duties are as follows: Donning OR attire and personal protective equipment (PPE). Gathers, checks and opens supplies and equipment needed for the surgical procedure. Performs the surgical scrub, and donning gown and gloves.
