- Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies is looking for a Residual Market Associate
- -Auditor to join our Underwriting-RISC team in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
- In this role, you will be responsible for conducting independent reviews of policyholders' operations and classifications for Workers' Compensation policies assigned through NCCI or state-specific plan administrators. This role ensures accurate premium determination by performing preliminary and final premium audits in accordance with applicable state regulations, NCCI guidelines, and Servicing Carrier Performance Standards. Audits are completed through correspondence, telephone interviews, and review of policyholder records, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service.
