Leasing Consultant at IMT Residential | LAYIQ

We are looking for someone who: Has experience in sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service (apartment leasing experience preferred)
Enjoys connecting with people and creating positive experiences
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Is motivated by achieving goals and earning performance-based incentives
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
Has a college education preferred but not required
Is available to work weekends, as that is often when prospective residents need assistance
Maintains a valid driver’s license
