IMT Residential is looking for a Service Technician (Maintenance Technician) to join the team at IMT Gulfstream, our 456-unit community in Boynton Beach, FL!

As a Service Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our community safe, comfortable, and looking its best while delivering the exceptional service our residents deserve.
EPA Type II or Universal certification is high preferred.
