Metal Prep I

Overview Assist in the manufacturing of recycling machinery by grinding, sanding and other methods of metal preparation and finishing. Responsibilities Requirements Safely utilize hand and power tools (grinders, sanders, and other metal finishing tools) to aid in manufacturing of machinery Clean and prepare fabricated parts for manufacturing processes Ability to read a tape measure Ability to perform basic math skills Physical Requirements Heavy industrial environment with mechanical activities requiring personal protective equipment.
