Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at Matter Health | LAYIQ

Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
Independent practice authority in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain it
Active DEA license and controlled substance registration, or the ability to obtain it as part of the credentialing process
3+ years of clinical experience as an NP, preferably with aging or medically complex populations
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (car stipend provided)
Experience with EHR documentation (athenahealth preferred)
Commitment to equitable, patient-centered care
Strongly Preferred
Background in family medicine, internal medicine, adult medicine, or geriatrics
Experience in value-based care settings
Experience providing care in community-based, in-home, or non-traditional healthcare environments
Familiarity with MEAT documentation and chronic condition coding
Telehealth experience
