Experience Center Supervisor to lead our Experience Center operations in our Chicago, IL location. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of the center’s performance; this includes driving traffic, supporting sales, managing operations, and delivering unforgettable customer interactions. Apply your organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities, leverage customer insights, and create premium experiences that strengthen the Lutron brand and accelerate growth.
Responsibilities
