Overview
We have openings for Construction Project Leaders to join our Commercial Projects & Services (CPS) Team, supporting our North American commercial project business. This role can be based at our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg PA or our Conshohocken PA office location. Leveraging your technical knowledge and passion for the customer, you will ensure our commercial projects are successful from inception through final programming, training, and turn-over.
In this role, you will ensure successful execution across a portfolio of large-scale commercial projects that include many of our current and legacy lighting control systems, window system solutions, and innovative smart-building products. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and strong commercial and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects from solution design through commissioning and post-occupancy support.
