As the Commercial Marketing Manager, Architecture & Design Market Development, you will lead the marketing development strategy for Lutron's commercial shading portfolio while helping bring future growth categories and emerging innovations to market. You will develop integrated marketing strategies that create awareness, influence specification, accelerate adoption, and build long-term preference across North America's commercial building industry.
A key focus of this role will be deepening Lutron's engagement within the architecture and design community, understanding how architects and designers evaluate, specify, and advocate for solutions, and developing strategies that strengthen Lutron’s position as a preferred partner across North America. Beyond the architecture and design community, you will identify and engage the broader network of influencers who shape commercial project decisions, helping accelerate adoption across the entire customer journey.
