Overview
Lutron is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer in Austin, You will design, automate and operate the developer platform that powers our build, test, and release process for our various software platforms that integrate embedded Linux devices, cloud services, and customer-facing applications. Your work will support lighting, shading, and smart home solutions used in millions of homes and commercial spaces worldwide.
In this role, you will:
Own delivery of DevOps initiatives by aligning decisions across multiple teams and technical disciplines.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Architects, and Functional Area Owners to deliver durable platform solutions.
Apply and evaluate emerging technologies to solve complex delivery and operations problems.
Mentor junior engineers and develop technical capability within the team.
