Lutron is seeking a Field Services Specialist to join our dynamic team serving the Miami FL metro area. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled, customer-focused professional who thrives on solving complex problems and is passionate about cutting-edge technology.
As a Field Services Specialist, you will be the face of Lutron at customer sites, ensuring our advanced lighting and shading systems are expertly commissioned and maintained. You’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and support, helping clients optimize their total light environment from initial setup through ongoing performance enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing on-site support and technical expertise to Lutron clients, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the system lifecycle.
- Master the commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of all Lutron Commercial Systems, adhering to established field service protocols and best practices.
