Overview
Lutron Electronics is seeking a Standards & Regulatory Affairs professional to help shape the future of lighting controls, automated shading, and intelligent building technologies through active participation and leadership in standards development, regulatory engagement, and industry advocacy. In this highly visible role, you will represent Lutron with standards organizations, industry groups, and regulatory bodies, influencing codes, standards, and policies that impact the built environment and support innovation, market access,
and business growth. Responsibilities include influencing standards and regulatory developments, monitoring global changes, and communicating impacts to internal stakeholders.
The position will focus on advancing Lutron’s strategy in standards and regulations related to lighting, motorized shades, and building management systems, while supporting global advocacy efforts and driving opportunities within building codes and performance standards.
