Overview
Lutron is looking for a well-rounded and seasoned Enterprise Architect to join our Information Technology team at our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. In this role, you will drive technical leadership across the organization; guiding decisions from high-level strategy through detailed project planning and execution.

Responsibilities
- Evolve and expand the IT system architecture to support short term and long-term business needs and long-term architectural needs, as the company continues to scale.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies in support of systems development efforts, and recommend technologies to drive business value increase, cost effectiveness and systems flexibility.
