Overview
Lutron has an immediate opening for an Sr. Manager – Human Resources in our Coopersburg (PA) office.
In this role, you will join Lutron’s global Human Resources team, delivering strategic HR leadership, insight, and support across the organization.
You will directly lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals while serving as a key partner to Engineering leadership. As a trusted advisor, you will balance long-term strategic thinking with hands-on execution, exercising sound judgment and discretion in navigating sensitive and complex situations.
This position calls for a proactive, business-savvy leader who can effectively influence senior stakeholders, operate within complex organizational environments, and drive meaningful change.
