Lutron is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Global Payroll team and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional employee experience through accurate and timely payroll administration.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for employees across the United States and Puerto Rico, helping them navigate payroll-related questions while partnering with HR, Benefits, and business teams to ensure payroll processes are seamless and compliant. • Support time collection activities by reviewing, validating, and troubleshooting time and attendance data.
