Lutron has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Supervisor -2nd Shift
(3:30 PM - 12:00 AM) in our facility in the Lehigh Valley.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of picking, packing, staging, receiving, put-away, replenishment, and inventory control activities within an SAP EWM-enabled warehouse. This role manages a team of associates to ensure operational excellence and supports customer order fulfillment by maintaining accurate inventory levels and timely task execution.
The supervisor monitors both digital systems and physical workflows to identify and resolve issues that could impact customer fill rate or delay outbound shipments. Success in this role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance against key KPIs, foster team accountability, and collaborate across departments to ensure upstream and downstream alignment. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to “winning the day” by delivering consistent, high-quality results.
