Qualifications:

• Education
• : High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in medical office administration.
• Experience
• : Prior experience using computers and computer systems to enter data, or process information. Experience working with the public; customer service.
• Preferred Experience
• : Prior clerical experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Preferred Other
• : Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and HIPAA regulations preferred.
