The Nurse Navigator is nursing specialist who follows patients across the continuum of care. The Navigator coordinates with an advanced level of clinical expertise, all aspects of treatment and care for, and in collaboration with, Mercy’s patients, their family and significant others, physicians, interdisciplinary team, and other support staff.

Full-Time, Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)
Overview
Mercy South Sindelar Cancer Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Navigator to serve as a trusted guide and advocate for oncology patients and their families throughout their cancer journey. In this role, you will coordinate care, provide education, help remove barriers to treatment, and support patients from diagnosis through treatment, survivorship, and follow-up care.
Working closely with oncologists, advanced practice providers, infusion nurses, social workers, radiation oncology, and other interdisciplinary team members, you will help ensure patients receive timely, coordinated, and high-quality care while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
