Under the direction of the perioperative leader, assists in the individualized care of the patient to achieve the patient’s highest level of wellness. This opportunity is designed for current Mercy caregivers who are enrolled in an approved Surgical Technologist (ST) program. Through the Win From Within Program, Mercy provides educational assistance while participants prepare for a Surgical Technologist career.
Program Benefits
Mercy pays up to $10,000 per year for eligible educational expenses.
Funding is available for up to 3 years.
Payments are made directly to the approved school.
