As an OB Surgical Technologist (CST), you will play a vital role in supporting labor and delivery procedures, including cesarean sections, while helping ensure a safe, efficient, and positive patient experience.

Position Overview
The OB Surgical Technologist maintains professional accountability and provides technical support for patient care throughout the obstetrical experience. Working under the direction of nursing and medical staff, this role performs a wide variety of patient care, clerical support, and surgical assistance duties. Team members collaborate closely to support unit goals while maintaining Mercy's mission, values, service standards, and commitment to patient-centered care.
This position requires the ability to remain calm and effective during obstetrical emergencies, participate as an essential member of the labor and delivery team, and provide support to childbearing, postpartum, newborn, and pediatric patients as assigned.
