SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI

FULL TIME

MINIMUM Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma.
• Licensure: Valid Driver's License
• Experience: Previous experience in a Medical Office or customer service position.
• Other: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to type 50 wpm.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Preferred Certifications: BLS preferred
• The Medical Navigator provides personalized support throughout the patient experience, coordinating care, managing logistics, facilitating communication, and helping patients navigate treatment plans. This role ensures a smooth, efficient process while delivering exceptional service and support to patients and their families.
