Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established outpatient Palliative Care program. This is an excellent opportunity for an advanced practitioner who is passionate about improving quality of life, guiding patients through goals-of-care discussions, and providing holistic support for individuals with serious illnesses.

Position Highlights
Monday-Friday clinic schedule
Clinic hours:
7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Part-time position - 32hrs/week
- Outpatient-focused practice
- Average of 8 patients per day
- Providers manage their own patient panel
- Minimal call responsibilities with infrequent urgent patient needs
