Reporting directly to the leadership, the Senior Data Analyst ( Data Analytics) specializes in harnessing analytics solutions to empower informed decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilities include spearheading the delivery of impactful business intelligence solutions to end users. This role involves leveraging advanced development tools to craft dynamic reports, insightful dashboards, and robust analytical solutions tailored to business specifications.
This position serves as the primary support liaison for the team, offering expertise in complex assignments while championing both independent and collaborative work approaches. A core focus involves conducting comprehensive analyses of workflows, data collection processes, and software performance, ensuring alignment with MyMichigan Health's operational guidelines.
Additionally, the Senior Data Analyst serves as a subject matter authority for three or more application data models, fostering a deep understanding of critical data domains.
