HVAC Technician - Facilities - Bayfront Hospital

Position Summary Performs diversified installation, operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair duties involving heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration and related control systems throughout the facility. This position is located at Bayfront Hospital in St Pete, FL Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. Three (3) years’ HVAC experience in commercial, industrial or health care organizations is required. HVAC technical diploma/certificate or Orange County HVAC Journeyman License.

Four (4) years of directly related work experience may substitute for the diploma/certificate or license (in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience section). EPA Universal Certification. Valid Florida driver’s license with no more than six (6) points, at least 21 years of age, and must be insurable under the Orlando Health insurance carrier’s requirements and standards.
