Job Summary
The Senior HRIS Support Specialist serves as a subject matter expert for HR system support within the HR/Payroll Shared Service Center (REX Center). This role takes ownership of system maintenance, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring HR systems, including Dayforce, ServiceNow and iCIMs, operate efficiently. The Senior HRIS Support Specialist provides support and guidance to team members, oversees system upgrades and testing, and collaborates with HR, IT, and business partners to optimize system functionality.
Additionally, this role ensures compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement in HR system processes to enhance operational efficiency and the user experience.
