Function in the Job

Job Function
Provide administrative support to the Production Staff
Statusing Orders within computer system and delivering Orders to Production Work Cells or designated Area
Liaison between Production and Sales on communicating order status and Production Commitments
Administration/Managing of the Production Calendar/Schedules and coordinating with Production Management/Supervisors to meet customer or order requirements
Review and respond to daily expedite emails from sales/contracts and respond timely to their requests
Participates in Safety, Quality, CCIP and other employee related meetings.
Back Up support for Shipping-IP'S Work in other areas as need to support Production Activates
Required Skills
Education and/or Experience
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED)
One (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, and to draw and interpret graphs.
