The Accounts Specialist assists with the reconciliation, process improvement and Corporate support with national accounts and to prevent Company losses. Serves as a safety net to ensure rejections, disputes and chargebacks are resolved and invoices are paid in a timely fashion.

Essential Job Functions
Monitor daily accounts as assigned by region, including, but not limited to: IBS, Paccar MSC, Fleet Charge, Cash, and In House accounts.
Analyze and collect past due balances, with emphasis on those subject to write off.
Submit invoices into particular customer accounting systems and monitor rejections in a timely manner consistent with established guidelines and goals.
Direct communication with dealers, customers, and Rush Accounting Department to locate past due receivables.
