The Lease Contract Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate rental and leasing customer information.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates billing and documentation for assigned commercial vehicle lease contracts.
- Maintain organized standardized records storage system.
- Handle customer questions and refer to appropriate manager as needed.
- Develop and maintain files on: customer contracts, FHUT, billing, mileage, CPI and rate calculations, monthly unit counts, and credit memos.
- Perform annual review of files and rates.
- Send new unit info to asset manager and pull documents as requested or needed.
