The Quality Supervisor will oversee and support the quality inspection team's daily tasks. This includes directing daily work, technical support, scheduling management, and training. Additionally, this position will collaborate with other departmental leaders to ensure the successful achievement of the goals of the organization. This role will provide help to ensure customer satisfaction and an enhanced customer experience.

Essential Job Functions
Supervise and direct quality inspectors in their day-to-day activities.
Ensure product, service, and process conform to all applicable requirements and standards.
Read, comprehend, and convey relevant, applicable regulations, standards, and customer requirements as necessary to provide technical support to inspectors and technicians.
Investigate quality-related issues (including customer complaints) and collaborate with other departments to drive appropriate resolution.
Provide mentorship and team development to quality inspectors through training, setting expectations, providing accountability, and assisting with evaluations.
