Prefer ACLS certification upon hire and required within 60 days of employment.
Prefer strong medical-surgical, critical care and/or obstetric skills.
Prefer willingness to be cross-trained in all critical care and specialty areas with annual competency skills maintained.
Prefer good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to function well under stress.
Prefer demonstrated knowledge of growth and development and possesses ability to assess, interact, communicate, and care for age specific patient population.
Preferred Education
BSN: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Required License and Certs
BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR
RNC: RN, Certified

ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support
2-12 hr shifts, 7p-7a

Require graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program. For new hires after 2012, Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing (BSN) is required within specified timeframe as outlined in the New Hire BSN Agreement policy (126.045).
Require minimum of two (2) years current RN experience.
Require basic working knowledge of commonly used computer applications.
