Responsibilities
- Welcome and prepare patients for dental procedures.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment.
- Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments.
- Take and develop dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment procedures, and post-treatment care.
- Follow infection control and sterilization procedures.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.
- Support the dental team in providing an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred.
- Dental Assistant certification/credentials as required by New Hampshire regulations preferred
- CPR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
