Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily provider schedule.
- Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financial information.
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and coordinate follow-up care.
- Process patient paperwork and maintain accurate electronic records.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
- Support office operations while maintaining a positive, organized, and efficient front desk environment.
Qualifications
- Previous dental front office or healthcare customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in oral surgery or implant coordination strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with dental insurance verification and treatment coordination is a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to outstanding patient care.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice.
